Getrappel

On the road with busker Jon. At first, all you hear is a clip-clop and then you see Nina, a small mongrel in an orange reflective jacket. She’s in top form, running along ahead of the group. Then the impressive shaggy draught horses, Winston and Lotte, appear. They seem to have no trouble at all pulling a colourful wagon behind them. Sitting up on the coach box is the little family, Jon and Anne, and their young daughter, Malén. Gee up!
Since he was 18 years old, Jon has been travelling through Europe earning his living as a busker. Originally he used a truck but found this to be too fast. Later he switched to a tractor and trailer, but noisy tractors are not welcome at most idyllic spots. Finally, in 2005, he acquired a couple of horses and his dream came true. Ever since then, Jon – a dropout born in Manchester, England – has been plodding through life with his homemade wagon.
